This tribe loves a good time. Designers are often last-out at Cheese ‘n Tunes, finding inspiration at an art gallery (or sneaker gallery), and throwing down at pub quizzes.

They’ve also got so much heart, placing huge importance on the equity, inclusion and accessibility needs of people who use our products, and work at RUSH.

Using Figma, Miro, post-its and sharpies, this tribe is guided by our Design Principles and inspired by human stories to create human-centred experiences.
